6 – Information on prices and payment methods

The prices of the goods and services sold on this website include tax in accordance with the tax regulations, and the Hungarian general sales tax standard is applied, the tax rate is 27%. After making a purchase on this website, customers will receive a VAT invoice together with the products. If the customer is a company, please indicate the company name and tax number when purchasing the product.

This site accepts two payment methods

Cash on delivery

When receiving the products, the user can pay the payment to the logistics company with cash or bank card, and the logistics company will collect it for us.

Note: Cash on delivery is only available in Hungary.

Bank card payment via Stripe

Stripe provides electronic payment services from general online store payment to specialized payment services and supports many credit card payments. The classic Stripe payment gateway service allows customers to complete orders and payments directly on the checkout page without jumping to any other payment page.

7 – PRODUCT DELIVERY、SERVICE AND WARRANTY

After placing the order, the goods are usually delivered within 3 working days. Since the products are sent from Hungary, if you are not in Hungary, it may take 3-5 days, the company uses home delivery.

The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving the product. However, the logistics fee incurred during the return must be borne by the buyer.

This online store offers a 90-day warranty on the products sold, and based on the order information, the store will replace or repair defective products for customers free of charge within 90 days.
