Refunds and returns

Our policies are valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must be in its original packaging.

Returns are made upon submission of a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchased products to the manufacturer.

There are cases where we can only guarantee partial refunds (if applicable):

    • Reservation (with obvious signs of use)
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts through no fault of ours.
    • All items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable) Once we have delivered and inspected the products to be returned, we will send you an email to notify you of the success of this return. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If your request is approved, we will process your refund and automatically make a credit to your credit card within a certain amount of time or as the transaction originally occurred.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. Refund payments often take some processing time. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@suitcasify.com.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchange of products (if applicable): We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send an email to service@suitcasify.com and send the item to: 1107 Budapest, Szállás utca 21

Gifts If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the refund. After you have received the returned item, we will send you a gift card.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to you as a gift so that you can receive it later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and also inform the gift giver of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time required to deliver the exchanged product may vary.

If you have an item over €100 being shipped, consider using the trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive returned products.
